Processing Time: Please kindly allow up to 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and collected for shipment.

U.S. Orders: Once your order is collected for shipment and scanned into the mail stream, please allow 2-5 business days for arrival.

WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS ON WEEKENDS.

TRACKING NUMBERS:

Please expect a tracking number to be issued via email once your package is collected for shipment. Order confirmation email is issued once your order has been received. Please kindly confirm your email address before placing your order as this is how you will be able to track your parcel.

Shipping Carrier: USPS

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Claims must be made directly with carrier.
